Job Summary
Own and continuously improve Tulkoff's Path-to-Production process, managing commercialization projects from customer approval through product launch and lifecycle management. Lead cross-functional activities for new products, reformulations, and strategic initiatives while developing timelines, mitigating risks, and facilitating resolution of critical issues. Maintain centralized project portfolios, document workflows, and drive accountability across Sales, R&D, Operations, and Quality teams to ensure adherence to stage-gate requirements. Provide leadership visibility into launch readiness, resource utilization, and commercialization metrics through regular status reports and dashboards. Support implementation of commercialization management tools to standardize practices and improve speed-to-market. Full-time schedule with minimal overtime; background check and drug screen required.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Food Science, Business, Engineering, Supply Chain, Project Management, or related field
- 5+ years of experience in project management, commercialization, product development, operations, or related functions
- Demonstrated success leading cross-functional projects from concept through launch
- Experience with project management systems and commercialization workflows
- Strong attention to detail and analytical thinking
- Proven experience driving accountability and execution throughout an organization
- Successful passing a background check
- Successful passing a drug screen
