Visit commercial properties in the Tyler area to assess glass needs, count windows, and write accurate estimates on the spot. Walk retail strips, restaurants, and offices to introduce Fish Window Cleaning, locate decision-makers, and log estimates into the pricing system. Target approximately 80 written estimates weekly while driving between stops. This role fits those who prefer meeting business owners outdoors rather than sitting at a desk. Full training covers the estimating system and approach, with clear expectations and a separate commission path available if you choose to follow up and close deals.
Required Qualifications
- Reliable personal vehicle
- Valid driver's license
- Comfortable outdoors and on your feet four to five hours a day, including Texas summer heat
- Presentable and comfortable walking into a business and starting a conversation
- Able to work independently and manage your own route
- Basic comfort using a smartphone or tablet to log estimates
