Job Summary
Produce professional branded video content from concept through final delivery, including filming employee, customer, and leadership interviews. Develop creative concepts, storyboards, and shot lists, then film, edit, color correct, and deliver polished final assets. Create branded motion graphics using Adobe After Effects and collaborate with Marketing to produce recruiting, training, and promotional content. Perform quality-control reviews to ensure lighting, composition, branding, and product accuracy before final delivery. Travel approximately 20% to Auto-Chlor branches for on-location shoots. Fully onsite Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM-5:00 PM, at $28-$30/hour.
Required Qualifications
- Experience producing commercial, corporate, or branded video content
- Experience owning projects from concept through final delivery
- Strong portfolio showcasing interview-style videos and branded content
- Advanced proficiency with Adobe Premiere Pro
- Experience with Adobe After Effects for motion graphics and branded animations
- Strong understanding of lighting, audio, camera composition, and storytelling
- Experience working directly with clients, marketing teams, or internal stakeholders
- Highly detail-oriented with strong quality-control habits and the ability to deliver polished work with minimal revisions
- Travel approximately 20% to Auto-Chlor branches for on-location shoots
