Leasing Consultant focused on managing incoming customer enquiries/leads and guiding customers through the vehicle leasing journey. Responsibilities include responding to new leads, maintaining clear information through the sales process, updating systems, providing excellent customer service, communicating performance to management, supporting the Sales Manager and wider team, handling complaints, and ensuring FCA compliance. Strong emphasis on relationship management with suppliers/partners, accurate reporting on sales performance, and contributing to sales targets. Key skills include excellent communication, problem solving, assertiveness, pro‐active approach, and a solid understanding of sales processes and the vehicle leasing/motor industry. The role is located at Pacific House, Reading, and forms part of the Sales team.
