Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in business or a related field
- 7+ years of demonstrated competency in a commercial, multi-line underwriting role
- prior management experience within P&C industry
- industry designations (CPCU, AIC, CIC, ARM, AU) or ongoing industry education
- familiarity with commercial-lines rating and pricing techniques, rules, and methodology
- familiarity with commercial package and BOP products
