Job Summary
Provide underwriting support, counsel, and authorization to company personnel, agents, and customers regarding real estate title insurance commitments and policies. Utilize underwriting standards and guidelines within delegated authority to evaluate and approve title insurance risks. Serve as a resource to internal teams by providing guidance on real estate settlement services and transaction-related matters. Ensure underwriting practices align with established company processes, policies, and regulatory requirements while supporting day-to-day operations to contribute to process consistency and risk mitigation. This role requires a law degree, admission to practice, and 5-7 years of title underwriting experience. The position offers a salary range of $88,900.00 - $118,500.00 annually with comprehensive benefits including medical, dental, vision, 401k, and PTO.

- Admitted to practice law
- In good standing in the state of employment
- 5-7 years of title underwriting experience
- Commercial title underwriting experience
- Familiarity with real estate law
- Knowledge of applicable federal and state regulations
- Working knowledge of title insurance concepts
