Job Summary
Underwrite the entire spectrum of lending products by analyzing new deal packages, reviewing financial statement spreads, and assessing collateral and cash flows. Collaborate with Business Development Officers to provide a consultative credit perspective, order due diligence, and prepare credit narratives for committee approval. Negotiate closing documentation with legal counsel and stakeholders while mentoring analysts and less experienced representatives. Visit prospect locations for high-value transactions as needed. Apply credit policies and corporate standards to ensure acceptable risk returns.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent education and work experience
