Job Summary
Customize insurance solutions for commercial clients by collaborating with brokers, Risk Services, and Claims departments to develop unique risk assessments and execute underwriting decisions. Analyze new business for risk profitability, monitor loss ratio trends, and manage renewal rates while maintaining strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders. Respond promptly to emails and phone calls, regularly schedule broker meetings, and apply technical skills to ensure risks are properly evaluated. Requires 3+ years of commercial underwriting experience and a completed or pursuing CIP designation. Flexible hybrid work model up to two days per week.
