Job Summary
Rental Agent with 2+ years in transportation rental sought to handle customer interactions (in-person, email, phone), sales calls to prospective clients, fleet management and inventory, billing, open/close rental agreements, daily rental check-ins/outs, reporting, and collaboration with the Sales team. Strong customer service, data-entry, and Excel skills essential; requires ability to load/unload into commercial trucks and work a Monday–Friday schedule from 7:00am–4:00pm. The role emphasizes indoor duties with 5% outdoor work, 95% indoor, in Stockton, US.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years' experience in transportation rental and leasing required
- Strong data entry skills
- Strong customer service skills
- Microsoft Excel experience required
- High School Diploma or equivalent required.
- Requires ability to get in & out of commercial trucks.
- Ability to work independently, organizational skills, and a positive attitude are required.
- Ability to multitask in a very fast-paced environment
