Job Summary
As the Commercial Training Manager for Hips and Orthopaedics, you will deliver classroom, virtual, and field-based training to sales professionals while managing learning programs and ensuring consistent capability development. Key responsibilities include coaching sales professionals, certifying teams on product knowledge, and collaborating with leadership to address performance gaps. To succeed, a Bachelor’s degree and extensive experience in Hip Arthroplasty or a similar role is required, along with a strong knowledge of orthopaedic products and adult learning principles. The position necessitates significant travel.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree
- 5 plus years of experience in Hip Arthroplasty or commercial learning role
- Ability to travel 25 to 50 percent
Desired Qualifications
- Master’s degree preferred
- Strong knowledge of orthopaedic products
- Proven expertise in adult learning theory
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Strong business and selling acumen
