Job Summary
Internship in Madrid as a Commercial Trainee (12 months) within Kellanova's sales teams; you will participate in real projects, learn sales processes, prepare commercial proposals, and gain a global view of how the company operates. The program includes mentorship and coaching, exposure to daily sales needs, work in close contact with multifunctional teams, and training from managers as part of a hybrid full-time schedule (35h/week) with an 800 euros gross/month stipend. You’ll develop skills in understanding the point of sale, internal tools and databases, and the commercial relationship lifecycle while using English and Spanish, with opportunities to learn across brands like Pringles, Special K, and Corn Flakes.
Required Qualifications
- A University Degree
