Job Summary
Commercial Trade & Category Manager role responsible for developing and implementing integrated trade marketing strategy aligned with annual objectives. Translate brand plans into channel-specific commercial plans; lead annual commercial calendar planning including product launches, campaigns, and events; define channel strategies across pharmacy, H&B, and eCommerce. Drive category management initiatives using sell-out data and shopper insights; partner with customers on data-driven recommendations. Lead trade promotions, visibility guidelines, and activation programs; monitor in-store execution and budget efficiency; optimize pricing architecture and governance across channels; develop Joint Business Plans with key pharmacy chains, H&B retailers, and eCommerce platforms. Requires a Bachelor’s degree (MBA a plus) and 5–8+ years in relevant FMCG/Pharma/Derma disciplines, with strong analytical, stakeholder, and cross-functional leadership skills.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree (Marketing, Business, ...); MBA is a plus
- 5–8+ years of experience in Trade Marketing, Category Management, Commercial Excellence, or Channel Development within FMCG, Pharma OTC, Consumer Healthcare, Beauty, or Derma Cosmetics industries
- Strong exposure to pharmacy chains, H&B retailers, and eCommerce platforms, with proven experience in JBP, category management, and trade investment management
- Strong commercial acumen, analytical mindset, stakeholder management, and project management capabilities, with the ability to drive cross-functional initiatives in matrix organizations
- Excellent communication, influencing, and presentation skills, combining strategic thinking with hands-on execution
