Coordinate and support the delivery of the SCG Tours Program, including managing bookings and customer enquiries, overseeing group experiences, and contributing to the growth of tour offerings and visitor engagement initiatives. The role requires strong customer service, stakeholder engagement, and administrative skills, with experience in booking or CRM systems and a proactive, collaborative approach to enhancing visitor experiences in a dynamic, venue-driven environment.
Required Qualifications
- Relevant qualifications in tourism, hospitality, events, business, marketing or a related field (desirable).
- Experience in tourism, attractions, hospitality, events, museums, cultural institutions or similar customer-facing environments.
