Job Summary
Commercial Title Closing Coordinator responsible for managing commercial real estate closings from title clearance through funding and post-closing. Work closely with attorneys, underwriters, lenders, and clients to ensure smooth transactions. Draft and review closing statements, commitments, and settlement documents; coordinate scheduling of closings and manage all communication and documentation; ensure regulatory compliance and accuracy; maintain records and handle post-closing matters. The ideal candidate has experience in commercial title closing, a deep understanding of the full closing lifecycle, can independently manage multiple files and timelines, is professional and detail-oriented, and is tech-savvy with a willingness to grow within a nationwide-scale company.
