Commercial Tire Technician

Job Summary
Manage all tire-related services for the fleet, including mounting, installation, inventory, preventative maintenance, repairs, and documentation. Perform emergency roadside service during business hours and night shifts, executing flat tire repairs or replacements 24/7. Conduct yard checks, visual inspections, tread depth and air pressure checks, and document all findings to identify abuse and irregular wear patterns. Adhere to proper guidelines for tire mounting and dismounting while maintaining safety in a fast-paced, physical environment requiring lifts up to 50 pounds. Requires a valid driver's license, clean record, and ability to operate a commercial pickup truck. Available for mandatory on-call rotation and after-hours service.
Required Qualifications
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, physical environment
- Must have the ability to lift up to 50 pounds repetitively
- Must be able to lift, twist, push/pull, bend, squat, climb, stand, and walk for extended periods of time
- Must have a valid Driver's license
- Must have a clean driving record
- Must be able to drive a commercial pickup truck including F250 or F350
- Must be available for on-call and after hour service rotation
- Must own reliable transportation
- Mandatory on call rotation 24/7 per business needs
