Deliver professional fleet, roadside, and off-site tire services for commercial vehicles, minimizing downtime with fast and efficient support. Communicate services performed by providing insights and recommendations for repairs and maintenance to improve vehicle performance. Adhere to safety protocols and quality standards in all tasks to ensure customer satisfaction and uphold the company's reputation for excellence.
Required Qualifications
- Hold a valid driver's license for on-site service and roadside assistance tasks
- Excelling in a physically demanding environment, with the ability to lift up to 50 lbs to shoulder height and perform tasks efficiently
- Demonstrating a safety-first mindset by adhering to all safety protocols, wearing required PPE, and promoting a secure workplace culture
- Possessing strong technical skills and a proactive approach to solving tire and equipment challenges
- Candidates considered for the role must be legally eligible to work for any employer in Canada
- A Canadian Criminal Record Check may be required for certain positions as part of the final stages of the hiring process
