Job Summary
Hands-on Commercial Tire Technician role performing tire mounting/dismounting, balancing, and repair for agricultural, commercial, light truck and fleet tires. Includes in-shop and roadside tire services, inspecting tires and wheels, testing/installing/resetting TPMS sensors, oil changes and basic servicing, conducting visual safety inspections, and organizing tire inventory. Works closely with team to deliver fast, accurate service; room for growth into light mechanical tasks and advancement into roles such as Mechanic, Service Advisor, or Management. Requires a valid driver’s license with a clean driving record, ability to lift 70+ lbs, and flexibility including weekends; emphasizes safety, reliability, and customer-focused service.
