Job Summary
Commercial Tire Technician at Best-One is responsible for removing, installing, rotating, balancing, and performing flat repairs on commercial and large equipment tires (in shop or at customer locations), safely separating and reassembling tires onto wheels, inspecting casings, locating and sealing tire punctures, and preparing rims for reassembly. The role also covers retread preparation and unloading, fleet inspections to assess tire needs, and operating/maintaining shop equipment and diagnostic gear. Candidates must be at least 18, have a valid driver’s license, hold a high school diploma or equivalent, and demonstrate a positive attitude with strong customer and teammate relations.
