Job Summary
Build and nurture relationships with existing customers to drive tire sales; identify and connect with potential new customers to expand the client base; sell tires through phone, email, and social media; develop in-depth product knowledge to guide customers in selecting tires; engage with a diverse range of sales leads and customer types; occasional overnight travel may be required; performs additional tasks to support sales operations.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Valid Driver’s License
- Ability to pass pre-employment driver’s file
- Sales experience in tire industry preferred
- Exceptional communication skills (verbal and written)
- Professional appearance and demeanor
- Self-motivated and able to work independently
- Ability to lift up to 25 pounds regularly and 50 pounds occasionally
