Job Summary
Lead on-site operations for commercial pool and spa maintenance at designated properties. Responsibilities include routine cleaning, water testing, balancing water chemistry, safely handling pool chemicals, inspecting and diagnosing pool equipment, communicating maintenance needs to management, and completing daily field documentation and site reports. Must ensure safety and service standards, work independently on-site, and uphold professional conduct. Required: Certified Pool Operator (CPO), valid Florida driver’s license with clean record, ability to work outdoors year-round, ability to lift up to 100 lbs, and English literacy; Spanish bilingual is a plus.
