Job Summary
Produce accurate quotes to support customer account plans and manage the full contract lifecycle, including renewals, modifications, and terminations. Take ownership of incoming queries from customers and internal teams, escalating and managing them to resolution while proactively engaging throughout sales closure and problem resolution. Coordinate with stakeholders to resolve customer service, delivery, or billing blockages and maintain Salesforce opportunities, contacts, and contract records. Prepare reports and presentations for sales management and provide cover for colleagues in Commercial Support or related roles when required.
