Job Summary
Experienced Commercial Support Manager to lead and develop the Commercial Support function, delivering high-quality customer support across the business. Responsibilities include coaching and developing a high-performing team, managing workloads and priorities, monitoring KPIs and service performance, championing quality and compliance, collaborating with commercial, operations, logistics and planning teams, implementing new processes, and supporting onboarding and development. Travel to EMR Commercial Support hubs (Warrington, Darlaston, Southampton, and Bellshill) is required. Strong focus on customer experience, process improvements, and cross-functional collaboration to ensure efficient delivery and service levels.
Required Qualifications
- Experience leading teams within a commercial, customer service, or business support environment
- Strong organisational, communication, and stakeholder management skills
- Comfortable using performance data and KPIs to drive improvement and decision-making
