Job Summary
Proactive and detail-oriented Commercial Support Administrator to join the Customer Experience team. The role involves supporting pricing, contracts, supplier information, customer records, and financial processes to ensure accuracy, compliance, and up-to-date data. Responsibilities include onboarding customers and suppliers, maintaining CRM records and contracts, monitoring pricing and data accuracy, processing payments and invoices, assisting the Commercial Buying team with supplier interactions, handling supplier inquiries, coordinating collections and deliveries, performing regular data checks, resolving discrepancies, and identifying opportunities to support increased volumes and commercial growth. Requires excellent communication, relationship-building, and Microsoft Office skills (especially Excel), experience with CRM systems, strong organisational abilities, and a proactive, solutions-focused mindset. A collaborative, ownership-driven team player who contributes to efficient day-to-day operations and strong supplier relationships.
Required Qualifications
- Previous experience in an administrative or commercial support role.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
- Confident using Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
- Experience using CRM systems and databases.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
- Well organised and able to prioritise tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Commercially aware, proactive, and solutions-focused.
- A team player who takes ownership and enjoys supporting others.
