Job Summary
Proactive and detail-oriented Commercial Support Administrator to join the Customer Experience team. You will provide essential support to the wider Commercial function, ensuring pricing, contracts, supplier information, customer records, and financial processes are accurate, compliant, and up to date. Responsibilities include onboarding customers and suppliers, maintaining CRM records, contracts, and pricing data, monitoring purchase tickets, processing payments and invoices (self-bills and trader invoices), supporting the Commercial Buying team with supplier and customer interactions, handling supplier inquiries and pricing confirmations, coordinating collections and deliveries, performing regular data checks, resolving discrepancies quickly, and identifying opportunities to support increased volumes, material supply, and commercial growth. The role emphasizes data accuracy, supplier relationships, and efficient day-to-day operations within a busy commercial team.
Required Qualifications
- Previous administrative or commercial support experience
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel
- Experience using CRM systems/databases
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- Organised and able to prioritise in a fast-paced environment
- Commercial awareness and proactive/problem-solving approach
- Team player who takes ownership and supports others
