Job Summary
Support external manufacturing operations by managing packaging and labeling compliance and process excellence. Conduct inventory tracking, demand planning, supply planning, and performance measurement reporting. Participate in value stream mapping and drive continuous improvement. Collaborate with leadership and present updates on KPIs. Requires a Bachelor's degree and 0-2 years of experience in pharma commercial operations. Strong analytical skills, knowledge of serialization standards, and proficiency in Microsoft Office are essential.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree required
- 0-2 years of experience in branded, pharma commercial operations
- Basic knowledge of packaging/Labeling/Serialization
- Knowledge or experience planning and implementing new labeling for a new medication or additional indication
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Self-motivated; ability to adapt within a dynamic environment
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite (including Excel and PowerPoint)
- Ability to multitask, work independently, and set own priorities
Desired Qualifications
- MBA is a plus
- Global packaging and labelling knowledge or experience is desirable
- ASCM professional certification is welcomed
