Job Summary
Operate packaging and serialization equipment for finished drug product at Replimune's Framingham facility, performing setup, line clearance, shutdown, and cleaning per approved SOPs. Execute packaging activities while maintaining cGMP, GDP, and safety compliance, completing batch records and verifying equipment configurations against documentation. Conduct visual inspections of cartons, finished product components, and drug product vials, escalating defects immediately to management or Quality. Move materials and serialized product to storage, manage ultra-low temperature supplies, and maintain organized GMP workstations. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support continuous improvement and achieve departmental objectives.
Required Qualifications
- 1–2 years of experience in a pharmaceutical, biotechnology, medical device, or other regulated GMP environment
- Associates degree, Bachelors degree, Biotechnology Certificate, or equivalent technical training
- High School Diploma or GED with relevant pharmaceutical or biotechnology industry experience
- Experience operating pharmaceutical manufacturing, packaging, labeling, or serialization equipment
- Familiarity with cGMP and Good Documentation Practices (GDP)
- Understanding of pharmaceutical serialization processes and requirements
- Experience reviewing and completing batch documentation in a regulated environment
- Demonstrated ability to perform packaging operations with consistency, accuracy, and attention to detail
