Job Summary
Supervise the day-to-day operations of assigned team members in Milton, WI, ensuring tasks are completed on time and meet organizational quality standards. Maintain safety as a priority, champion performance metrics for the team, and spend 80%+ of time in the field as the team’s expert resource. Oversee initial team member training, provide ongoing feedback and development, review team member work monthly, and conduct safety observations and performance management. Ensure resources such as company vehicles and client equipment are secured and maintained. Maintain strong customer experience and adhere to company and regulatory guidelines. Requires 3+ years of broadband or telecommunications experience, willingness to travel daily, strong customer service and problem-solving skills, and a valid driver’s license along with completing pre-employment checks.
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years broadband or telecommunications experience (required)
- prior leadership experience a plus
- Ability to travel daily (open to a variety of schedules)
- Valid driver’s license
- Passing of all pre-employment requirements (MVR, Background Check, Drug Screen)
- Excellent customer service, time management, problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
- Ability to build and maintain positive relationships with internal and external customers
- Ability to give feedback; both positive and negative when needed
- Strong desire to grow and develop team members
- Ability to complete work indoors, outdoors, in tight spaces, and elevated for up to 70% of the time
- Ability to safely navigate various terrains, managing equipment and tools
