Oversee day-to-day field operations on a restaurant restoration project in Naples, Florida; coordinate subcontractors and jobsite schedules; maintain project quality, safety, and schedule performance; conduct inspections and oversee project sequencing; communicate with Project Managers, owners, and subcontractors; ensure projects are completed safely and efficiently; lead supervision of high-end interior finishes; travel to project sites as required.
Required Qualifications
- 5–10+ years of Commercial Construction Superintendent experience
- Strong commercial construction background required
- Experience with restaurant, hospitality, retail, or mixed-use projects preferred
- Experience managing high-end interior finishes is a plus
- Ability to lead subcontractors and maintain schedules
- Strong field leadership and problem-solving skills
- OSHA knowledge and safety experience required
- Ability to travel for projects if needed
