Required Qualifications
- 5–10+ years of experience as a Superintendent in commercial construction
- Strong knowledge of construction methods, scheduling, building codes, and safety regulations
- Proven ability to manage multiple subcontractors, schedules, and deliverables on active job sites
- OSHA 30 certification (required)
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to read and interpret architectural and engineering drawings
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation to job sites
Desired Qualifications
- Proficient with construction management tools (Procore, Microsoft Project, Bluebeam, or similar)
- First Aid/CPR certification
