Job Summary
Superintendent overseeing day-to-day field operations on commercial retail construction projects from Fort Myers to Naples. Lead coordination of subcontractors, inspections, schedules, and site logistics; manage site work and vertical construction; maintain quality, safety, and organization on the jobsite. Collaborate closely with the Project Manager and leverage support from regional teams to ensure smooth project execution and a long-term pipeline of work.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience as a Superintendent in commercial construction
- Background in retail construction, including buildouts and ground-up projects
- Ability to manage full-scope construction independently
- Calm, solutions-oriented leadership style and strong field presence
