Job Summary
Promote and sell Alfa Laval aftermarket parts and services for the Food & Pharma and Energy sectors in the Nordic countries by following established sales processes and guidelines. Develop technical and value-based quotes reflecting customer needs, provide quotational support to colleagues, and offer technical support during the quotation process. Receive and check purchase orders, ensuring accurate entry into the order handling system, while communicating technical knowledge to various clients. This part-time role requires 20 hours per week for engineering or economics students. Applicants must possess strong communication skills in a Nordic language and English, along with a digital mindset.
Required Qualifications
- Degree in engineering or economics or related field
- Curiosity and learning abilities
- Strong customer focus with excellent multitasking abilities
- Agility and service-minded nature, ability to act quickly on customer requests, understanding the importance of accuracy and efficiency
- A digital mindset, open to changes and new technologies
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office programs
- Strong communication skills in both one Nordic language and English, both spoken and written
- Must be able to undergo alcohol and drug testing
- Must be able to undergo mandatory medical examinations in accordance with AFS 2023:15
