Job Summary
Lead a field crew on commercial concrete foundation projects in Colorado Springs, overseeing day-to-day job details, supervising crews and labor costs, managing equipment, tools, and materials, and ensuring budget adherence and overall project success. Communicate daily with the Superintendent, complete daily logs/production sheets, and uphold safety policies while coordinating project scope, plans interpretation, and task execution under variable weather conditions and potential travel. Strong leadership, planning, and organizational skills, plus the ability to read/interprete plans and maintain team alignment toward quality concrete outcomes.
Required Qualifications
- Extensive experience in Concrete Foundations/Flatwork
- Excellent leadership qualities
