Job Summary
The Commercial Strategy team leads strategic engagements across Huntington Bank’s commercial bank, including market entry, digital capability development, product opportunities, and operations efficiency. Responsibilities include executing strategic engagements, conducting primary/secondary research and benchmarking, developing OKRs, creating and delivering presentations to senior management, prioritizing initiatives, performing ad-hoc market analyses, and collaborating across functions (technology, operations, finance, risk, HR) with coverage leaders and product owners. Must synthesize analysis into practical strategic insights, manage multiple priorities, and communicate effectively with executive stakeholders. Requires a finance-related bachelor’s degree and 2 years of experience in business strategy/financial modeling/competitive analysis; master’s degree preferred. The role offers a flexible work arrangement (in-office and work-from-home) with opportunities to collaborate in person at offices, and Huntington does not sponsor immigration benefits. Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s/Undergraduate degree in finance related field
- 2 years of experience including a successful track record of developing business strategy, financial modeling and analysis, competitive analysis, and strategic business planning
- Preferred: Master’s degree in related field
