Job Summary
Partner with Account Managers and leadership to identify challenges, evaluate opportunities, and implement high-impact improvements that drive customer growth and strengthen the Account Management organization. Develop strategies for customer segmentation, resource allocation, and engagement models by analyzing portfolio performance and translating client insights into actionable commercial initiatives. Collaborate across Sales, Product, Risk, and Operations to build customer-facing materials, remove growth barriers, and improve service delivery. Join client discussions and business reviews to develop firsthand relationships and refine operating approaches for effective customer planning.
Required Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in management consulting, strategy, business operations, or another role requiring strong business judgment, analytical thinking, and a track record of execution
- Strong analytical and structured problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify opportunities and translate customer and commercial insights into action
- Comfort navigating ambiguity and creating structure where none exists
- An ownership mindset and a track record of driving work from idea through execution
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to build credibility and influence stakeholders across the organization
- Strong interpersonal instincts and an interest in developing direct customer relationships; comfort joining client-facing discussions and business reviews is important for success in the role
- An interest in how high-performing Account Management organizations operate and a desire to improve customer growth and commercial effectiveness through thoughtful strategy and execution
- Exceptional attention to detail and a commitment to producing high-quality work
- This is a hybrid role based in NYC
