Job Summary
Identify opportunities to accelerate revenue growth and improve the effectiveness of the commercial organization by developing strategies that strengthen how we sell and engage customers. Partner closely with Account Executives and Sales leadership to evaluate challenges and implement high-impact improvements, while collaborating across Product, Risk, Pricing, Data, Marketing, and Operations to remove barriers to growth. Analyze activity and commercial performance to uncover trends and inform strategic decision-making, then develop business cases and executive presentations to support organizational priorities. Measure the impact of new initiatives and refine the commercial strategy based on results, owning initiatives from strategy through execution. This hybrid role in NYC supports a team leveraging AI-driven underwriting to protect $7B+ in lease value for top multifamily operators.
Required Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in management consulting, strategy, business operations, or another role requiring strong business judgment, analytical thinking, and a track record of execution
- Strong analytical and structured problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify opportunities and translate insights into commercial action
- Comfort navigating ambiguity and creating structure where none exists
- An ownership mindset and a track record of driving work from idea through execution
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to build credibility and influence stakeholders across the commercial organization
- An interest in how high-performing sales organizations operate and a desire to improve commercial effectiveness through thoughtful strategy and execution
- Exceptional attention to detail and a commitment to producing high-quality work
- This is a hybrid role based in NYC
