Job Summary
Commercial Strategy Analyst responsible for streamlining the operational functions of the team’s go-to-market strategy, identifying improvements and refining end-to-end payor relationships and contracting processes. Role includes building in-depth knowledge of insurance market contracting, conducting research on payor workstreams and new markets, collaborating with Finance/GTM/Legal/Compliance/RCM to maintain health plan contracts, and scaling commercial initiatives. Requires hands-on analysis of healthcare claims data to support competitive go-to-market strategy, and cross-functional collaboration to drive payor-related KPIs. Located near NYC with on-site four days/week and hybrid work arrangement conditioned by role, with target base salary of $91k-$115k and potential bonus; total compensation may include stock options.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field
- 2-4+ years of relevant professional experience
- Strong organizational skills with ability to manage multiple projects
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint) and advanced Excel; SQL and Python are a plus
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to operate independently in fast-paced environments
- Meticulous attention to detail and analytical mindset
- Experience with healthcare analytics is a plus
- Located within a 45-minute commute of New York City and able to work on-site four days per week
