Job Summary

Manage and grow a portfolio of strategic commercial accounts across Australia (Adelaide or Perth base) and act as the primary contact for major commercial clients. Identify growth opportunities within existing and new accounts, drive solution-based selling, build relationships with key stakeholders, develop and execute strategic account plans and forecasts, and collaborate with internal teams to deliver customer outcomes. Regular travel is required (approximately once a month, with a week away per trip). Strong B2B sales経験, exposure to tools/hardware/mining/large civil project environments, and knowledge of the Australian commercial trade landscape are essential. Strong relationship-building and negotiation skills, a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets, and solid commercial/financial acumen are highly valued.

Required Qualifications

  • Experience in B2B commercial sales
  • Exposure to tools, hardware, industrial, mining, or large civil project environments
  • Knowledge of the Australian commercial trade landscape
  • Strong relationship-building and negotiation skills
  • Proven ability to achieve or exceed sales targets
  • Solid commercial and financial acumen
  • Organised, self-driven, and capable of managing multiple priorities
  • Willingness to travel regularly (once a month, one week at a time)
