Job Summary
Maintain daily operations of boilers by completing daily checks, operating records, and PM maintenance and repairs. Perform monthly safety testing, annual tuning and inspections, and monitor chemical feeds and exhaust/stack emissions. Must be available for emergency call outs and possess a valid driver's license. Requires Rule 1415 certification and 5+ years of commercial air conditioning experience. Compensation ranges from $31.32 to $56.95 per hour.
Required Qualifications
- Must have completed 4-year apprenticeship program or technical schooling
- Must have 5+ years of commercial air conditioning experience
- Must be available for emergency call outs
- Must be a team player and able to work with other trades and client's staff
- Rule 1415 certified
- Valid driver's license in good standing
Desired Qualifications
- EMS experience a plus (Staefa/Siemens)
