Job Summary
Enterprise Technical Account Manager responsible for building and maintaining strategic relationships with key clients, resolving their technical issues, optimizing payment solutions, and delivering exceptional service through technical expertise and strong interpersonal skills. Responsibilities include relationship management, customer success, technical support, training and demos, project management for payment-solution migrations, gathering product feedback, and staying current with industry regulations. Requires familiarity with payments technologies (3DS, SCA, PSD2), API-based integrations, front-end technologies (JavaScript, HTML, CSS), and travel occasionally to client sites. Strong English and Mandarin language skills preferred.
Required Qualifications
- 3 years of experience in an analytical or technical role with experience managing internal and external stakeholders
- Bachelor's degree in relevant field desirable or equivalent practical experience
- Familiarity with Payments industry regulations and technical frameworks (3DS, SCA, AVS, PSD2)
- Familiarity with API-based integration methods and related tools/frameworks
- Familiarity with front and back end technologies (i.e. JavaScript, CSS, HTML)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Willingness to travel occasionally to client sites as required
- English and Mandarin proficiency
