Job Summary
Commercial Specialist to join Neos Networks' Vendor Management Team. Will support Vendor Managers by reconciling telecoms services billed vs. actual usage, auditing vendor invoices and inventories, liaising with vendors to close invoice queries, supporting budget management and spend monitoring, tracking renewal dates for contract alignment, advising internal teams on cost control and PO values, and identifying opportunities for cost avoidance and process efficiency. Requires strong Excel skills, excellent attention to detail, effective communication, and a collaborative mindset; experience with ERP systems is preferred but not essential. Hybrid working arrangement (2–3 days on-site) in Reading, UK.
