Commercial Specialist

Commercial Specialist responsible for supporting CPP-led commercial sales and coordinating commercial deliveries from order creation to dispatch. Manages store vehicle fleet maintenance and safety checks, conducts account stocking visits and Pro Sales flyer drops, performs outbound calls and follow-ups, and handles customer deliveries per standard driver procedures. Leads organization and maintenance around the parts department/backroom, maintains knowledge of product inventory and new arrivals, assists in upselling and cross-selling to increase transaction value, and leads the commercial program when CPP is not present (including weekends as business and customer demands require). Engages with walk-in customers to recommend parts or services, supports onboarding of new team members, and collaborates with CPPs and GMs on tasks and special projects. Requires friendly communication, safety knowledge, inventory systems proficiency, ability to read and interpret safety and maintenance documents, and strong sales abilities. Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel) and basic math; ability to work various shifts including weekends; valid driver's license with clean MVR; ASE certification preferred but not required.
