Commercial Specialist

Commercial Specialist position supporting CPP-led commercial sales and coordinating commercial deliveries from order creation to dispatch. Responsibilities include dispatch coordination, managing store vehicle fleet maintenance and safety checks, conducting account stocking visits and Pro Sales flyer drops, executing outbound calls and customer touchpoints, handling customer deliveries following driver procedures, leading organization around the parts backroom and delivery areas, maintaining inventory knowledge for upselling and cross-selling, and leading the commercial program when CPP is unavailable (including weekend coverage). Requires ability to engage walk-in customers, assist CPPs and GMs with tasks, and use inventory and POS systems; strong selling, multitasking, and organizational skills; English required (Spanish a plus); HS diploma or GED; valid driver’s license and MVR certification. ASE certification is preferred but not required. Must be able to work various days, evenings, and weekends.
