Job Summary
Lead and support CPP-driven commercial sales and delivery operations. Manage dispatching and coordination from order creation to delivery, oversee the parts department/backroom, vehicle fleet maintenance, safety checks, and product inventory knowledge. Conduct account stocking visits and Pro Sales flyer drops; perform outbound calls, follow-ups, and customer touchpoints; assist in upselling and cross-selling to increase transaction value. Lead the commercial program when CPP is unavailable, including weekend operations as needed. Engage with walk-in customers, assist CPPs and GMs on special projects, and ensure inventory and dispatch efficiency. Maintain strong customer relationships, and use POS/parts lookup systems and basic math to support sales and operations.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- ASE certification preferred but not required
- Valid driver’s license with acceptable driving record
- MVR certification
- Ability to read and interpret safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, parts catalogs and manuals
- Ability to communicate effectively in English (Spanish a plus)
- Proficiency with Microsoft Word and Excel
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Knowledge of automotive parts and systems
- Willingness to learn about new products and sales techniques
