Commercial Specialist

Commercial Specialist responsible for supporting CPP-led commercial sales, dispatching and coordinating commercial deliveries from order creation to delivery, managing store vehicle fleet maintenance and safety checks, conducting account stocking visits and Pro Sales flyer drops, performing outbound calls and basic account touchpoints, and assisting in upselling/cross-selling to increase transaction value. Lead the organization around the parts department/backroom, maintain knowledge of product inventory/new arrivals, engage with walk-in customers to identify needs and make recommendations, and support onboarding of new team members. Requires ability to route store drivers, knowledge of vehicle systems and maintenance schedules, proficiency with inventory and POS systems, and strong interpersonal skills for customer relationship building. Must be able to work a flexible schedule including evenings and weekends, speak English (Spanish a plus), and have a valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving record and MVR certification. ASE certification is preferred but not required. The role operates primarily in-store in Simpsonville, SC, with emphasis on safety, inventory accuracy, and delivering strong customer service in a fast-paced environment.
