Commercial Specialist

Support CPP-led commercial sales, assist with dispatching and coordination of commercial deliveries, manage store vehicle fleet maintenance, safety checks and readiness, conduct account stocking visits and Pro Sales flyer drops, perform outbound calls and customer deliveries, lead organization around parts department/backroom, maintain product inventory knowledge, upsell/cross-sell to increase transaction value, lead commercial program in CPP's absence, engage with walk-in customers, support onboarding of new team members, and operate inventory and POS systems; must have strong communication, organization, and basic math skills, with a valid driver's license and MVR certification, and able to work varied days including weekends.
