Job Summary
Support CPP-led commercial sales and coordinate deliveries from order creation to dispatched for delivery. Manage store vehicle fleet maintenance, safety checks, and general readiness. Conduct account stocking visits and Pro Sales flyer drops. Perform outbound calls, follow-ups, and basic account touchpoints; handle customer deliveries following standard driver procedures. Lead the organization and maintenance in the parts department/backroom, staging, and delivery areas; maintain knowledge of product inventory and new arrivals to assist with sales. Assist in upselling and cross-selling to increase transaction value. Lead commercial program when CPP is not present (weekends as business and customer demands require). Engage walk-in customers to understand needs and recommend parts or services. Assist CPPs and GMs with tasks and special projects including inventory management. Support onboarding and shadowing of new team members. Must be able to work a mix of days, evenings, and weekends; speak and write English (Spanish a plus); read and interpret safety rules and manuals; use Microsoft Word/Excel; perform basic math; understand vehicle maintenance schedules; maintain MVR certification.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- Valid driver's license with acceptable driving record (MVR)
- MVR certification
- ASE certification preferred but not required
- Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Ability to read and interpret safety rules and manuals
- Ability to engage with customers and build relationships
- Willingness to learn about new products and sales techniques
