Commercial Specialist

Commercial Specialist supports CPP-led commercial sales and manages dispatch coordination from order creation to delivery, oversees store vehicle fleet maintenance and safety checks, conducts account stocking visits and Pro Sales flyer drops, makes outbound calls and performs customer deliveries while following driver procedures, and leads organization and maintenance around the parts department, including backroom, staging, and delivery areas. Maintains knowledge of product inventory and new arrivals to assist sales; assists in upselling and cross-selling to increase transaction value; leads the commercial program when CPP is not present (e.g., weekends). Engages with walk-in customers to understand needs and recommends parts or services; assists CPPs and GMs with tasks and projects including inventory management; supports onboarding and shadowing of new team members. Requires friendly communication, strong parts and automotive knowledge, proficiency with inventory and POS systems, ability to read documents, basic math, and strong organizational and multi-tasking skills. Fluency in English; Spanish a plus; willingness to work varied shifts including weekends; valid driver’s license and MVR certification; ASE certification preferred but not required. Knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel and basic inventory/dispatching experience are desired.
