Commercial Specialist

Commercial Specialist responsible for supporting CPP-led commercial sales, dispatching and coordinating deliveries from order creation to dispatch, maintaining store vehicle fleet readiness, conducting account stocking visits, and performing outbound calls and customer deliveries. Role includes leading organization and maintenance in parts department/backroom, maintaining product knowledge, upselling and cross-selling to increase transaction value, leading the commercial program during CPP absence (weekends as needed), engaging walk-in customers, assisting CPPs and GMs with inventory management and project execution, onboarding new team members, and utilizing inventory and POS systems. Requires strong communication, ability to multi-task in a busy environment, vehicle maintenance knowledge, MVR certification, ability to read and interpret safety and parts documents, basic math, and proficiency with Microsoft Word/Excel. Formal automotive parts experience and dispatching or logistics coordination are preferred. Education includes a high school diploma or GED; ASE certification is preferred, and a valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record is required.
