Job Summary
Commercial Specialist responsible for supporting CPP-led commercial sales, coordinating commercial deliveries from order creation to delivery, and managing store vehicle fleet maintenance and safety. Role includes account stocking visits, Pro Sales flyer drops, outbound customer outreach, and basic account touchpoints; duties extend to upselling/cross-selling to increase transaction value, leading the commercial program when CPP is not present, and assisting walk-in customers with parts and services. Requires strong communication, inventory/dispatch knowledge, and the ability to multitask in a busy environment, with emphasis on vehicle maintenance, safety, and customer relationship building.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- Valid driver’s license with acceptable driving record
- MVR certification (required)
- ASE certification preferred but not required
- Ability to work days, evenings, weekends
- Strong selling and communication skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and POS/Parts lookup systems
- Knowledge of automotive parts and systems
- Ability to read/interpret safety rules and manuals
