Job Summary
Commercial Specialist responsible for supporting CPP-led commercial sales, dispatching and coordinating commercial deliveries from order creation to delivery, managing store vehicle fleet maintenance, safety checks, and backroom organization; conducting account stocking visits, upselling and cross-selling, and leading the commercial program when CPP is unavailable, while engaging walk-in customers and assisting CPPs and GMs with tasks and inventory management; requires strong customer relationship skills, knowledge of inventory and automotive systems, and the ability to multi-task in a busy retail environment.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- Valid driver's license with acceptable driving record (MVR)
- Ability to work days, evenings, weekends
- Strong selling skills for commercial customers
- Experience using Microsoft Word and Excel
- Knowledge of inventory systems and store equipment
- Ability to read and interpret safety rules and manuals
